STRESS MANAGEMENT

                                           STRESS MANAGEMENT

Relieving stress is essential to a healthy lifestyle to anyone, but especially important for a woman with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I read that 99% of all illness can be related to stress, granted it was on a Lululemon bag, but I still believe it even if the percentage is slightly off. I was diagnosed with PCOS after less than a year of being stressed for various reasons almost every day.
Finding stress release is essential!! Whatever works for you just make sure you do it, whatever you decide just make sure it’s effective. Some of my personal stress relief techniques are yoga, running.

By using any of the natural cures for PCOS or other treatment options, you can put an end to your Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome symptoms. Make a commitment to yourself, today, no more excuses that you will begin to transform your lifestyle into one that is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome friendly. Once, you've started eating healthier you'll have more energy. So, begin to exercise regularly even if it is just walking in the beginning. Keep making changes until you've developed a healthy lifestyle, which consists of a healthy diet, daily exercise, effective stress management along with the right supplements and natural therapies.
